UKU Club Open Indoor Qualifiers (COIQ) 2022-23


Club Open Indoor Qualifiers (COIQ) will be held on this weekend at venues in Scotland, South West and East / London.

  • Entry is done through our JustGo website. If you're new to JustGo (or maybe just not used it in a while) you can use our event entry guidance here.

    The entry deadline is November 9th. Any remaining spaces after this date are available on a first come first served basis.

    All players competing at this event are required to hold basic UKU membership.

    SUBMIT SPIRIT SCORES

    Venue: Cranford Superdome, Cranford Community College, High St, Hounslow TW5 9PD

    Surface: Rubbercrumb

    Directions: The venue is best accessed from the M4 Eastbound/Westbound. Exit the M4 at J3, taking the exit onto the A312 (The Parkway) heading south at the roundabout. Take the first left onto High Street. Continue on High Street through 1 roundabout. Cranford Community College is on your left.

    Parking: If travelling by car or minibus, please use the car park to the north of the buildings. There is free car parking, but this is sometimes very busy so please give yourself enough time.

    Timing: Saturday 13:00-20:00, Sunday 09:00-1800.

    On arrival a representative from you team should report to the TD desk.

    Other info: No metal studs should be worn on the synthetic pitch. Moulded studs or cleats are recommended.

    This venue requires portable pitch lines. Please be careful when playing to avoid tripping over them.

    There is no food available on site and very few options within walking distance so we recommend bringing food for the day.

    Safety and Medical: Please remember that it is never worth endangering yourself or others to get the disc. You must remain aware of other players and your surroundings.

    Venue: MarJon, Derriford Road, Plymouth, PL6 8BH

    Surface: Hard-court

    Directions / Parking: Follow signs to University/Derriford and then to Marjon Sports and Health Centre. You must park in the main campus car park for FREE parking. If in doubt please ask reception or the TDs.

    Timing: Saturday 09:00-17:00, Sunday 09:00-17:00

    On arrival a representative from you team should report to the TD desk.

    Other info: Please use the lockers outside the changing rooms for your bags. There is a café on site and other food options a short walk from the venue.

    Safety and Medical: Please remember that it is never worth endangering yourself or others to get the disc. You must remain aware of other players and your surroundings. Sports centre staff are available to help with emergency first aid. Please also let the TDs know.

    This is a one day event on Saturday 21st January

    Venue: Dundee RPC, Mains Loan, Dundee DD4 9BX

    Surface: Rubbercrumb

    Parking: There is plenty of parking on site.

    Timing: Saturday 13:00 - 21:00

    On arrival a representative from you team should report to the TD desk.

    Other info: No metal studs should be worn on the synthetic pitch. Moulded studs or cleats are recommended.

    This venue requires portable pitch lines. Please be careful when playing to avoid tripping over them.

    Drinking water fountains are now working again (unlike last year).

    We are not expecting food & drink to be on sale on site although there are vending machines, and there might be a simple tuck shop selling tea/coffee/snacks and very few options within walking distance so we recommend bringing food for the day.

  • Spirit scores are entered using online forms (you’ll find the link using the button at the top of this page).

    You should be able to access the form on a smartphone. If you have any issues please go to the TD desk.

    Please aim to enter your scores after each game or by the end of play on each day. Scores submitted after midnight on the last day of the event are unlikely to be included in the Spirit data.

This event will follow the UKU Tournament Rules.
