Club Mixed Indoor Nationals (CXIN), held at Wildcats, Nottingham.

Please note, all teams should have a nominated Spirit Captain.

This event will follow the UKU Tournament Rules.

• Important Reminders

  • All players must have UKU Membership and be rostered to the relevant team on JustGO. Random roster checks will be carried out over the weekend - please ensure everyone has their student ID card with them. Full details on requirements for roster/eligibility checks can be found in the Event Specific Rule Appendix of the UKU Tournament Rules.

  • Please only take water bottles and other essentials (such as inhalers) to the pitches. You must NOT have bags or other belongings on the sidelines. Only those playing current games should be on the pitches.

  • Post game calls and Spirit circles should be done off the pitches. Do not block public walkways or fire exits.

  • It is never worth endangering yourself or others to get the disc. Always be aware of other players and your surroundings.

  Venue: Wildcats Arena, Greenwood Rd, Nottingham, NG3 7EB

  Surface: Hardcourt

  Directions / Parking: there is a carpark on site.

  Timing: Saturday 09:00-17:00, Sunday 09:00-17:00

  On arrival a representative from you team should report to the TD desk.

  Other info: There isn’t a café on site. There are vending machines selling drinks and small snacks. There are other options a short walk from the venue. Please note that items in the kitchen are not for general use.

• Safety and medical

  Please remember that it is never worth endangering yourself or others to get the disc. You must remain aware of other players and your surroundings.

  First Aid will be provided by venue staff. Ice will be available from Front Desk.

  All teams should have a nominated Spirit Captain.

  Please ensure to enter your scores after each game or by the end of play on each day. Scores submitted after midnight on the last day of the event are unlikely to be included in the Spirit data.
