ON ARRIVAL - report to the TD Desk on arrival to receive any important notices & to collect your team disc. There will not be a separate captain’s meeting, but every team should make sure that a representative checks in on arrival.
SHOWERS & TOILETS - changing rooms, showers and toilets will be located in the pavilion. Signs will indicate which are male and female.
CAR PARKING - There will be plenty of parking on site or nearby. Please park responsibly.
WATER - Water will be available from taps based in and around the sports centre. There are also drinking water taps on outside of the boathouse.
We recommend that players bring AT LEAST two 1 litre water bottles with them.
FOOD - The cafe in the sports centre will be open most of the weekend.

UKU MEMBERSHIP - All players competing at the event need FULL membership. Please make sure it is up to date on the JustGo website.

Safety
KEEP THE SIDELINES CLEAR - Gaps in between pitches are for safety reasons, please do not sit in those gaps or fill them with items such as kit bags, chairs or prams. Certain sidelines are for players ONLY so keep an eye out on where you sit!
THE PLAYING AREA - Please do a visual check of the playing area and remain vigilant for any potential hazards on and close to the pitch.
TAKE OFF YOUR WATCH/FITBIT/ JEWELLERY - We urge players to follow rule 3.4. in the Official WFDF Rules of Ultimate.

Spirit scores are entered using this online form (the link will be posted closer to the event).
You should be able to access the form on a smartphone. If your team does not have access to a smartphone or you have any issues, facilities may be available at the TD desk to input your scores.
Please enter your scores after your games, and at the latest before midnight on on the last day of the event. Scores submitted after this time will not be included.
Please note, the SOTG winner is often awarded at the end of play on the last day of the event.

Teams should plan on the basis of play between approx 0900-1800 on Saturday and 0900-1700 on Sunday.
