This event will follow the UKU Tournament Rules.
-
Ultimate is often played in day, weekend or week-long tournaments at which teams compete in a number of games rather than playing one-off fixtures.
We aim to ensure that schedules provide suitable game time and that teams have adequate rest.
You can find the indoor rules of Ultimate here, but if you have any questions please ask.
After each game please make sure your team provides a Spirit Score for your opposition. More information can be found in the accordion below and on our website here.
-
When entries are open there will be a link at the top of this page. If you need help entering your team, please see this document.

Your belongings: Please don’t take all of your stuff right up to the side of the playing area. There is plenty of space around the edge of the hall. Essentials such as water or inhalers can be kept on the sidelines during play but they MUST be kept a safe distance from the edge of the pitch.
Clothes: Bring warm clothes to wear between games as the venue can be quite cold.
Water: There will be water available on-site. Please bring reusable water bottles to avoid plastic waste. There is a drinking water tap in the corridor between the hall and the entrance.
Food: There is no food for sale on site other than 2-3 vending machines. Please ensure all players and participants bring a good packed lunch and lots of snacks. There is a bar area where it is possible to buy hot and cold drinks.
Seating: In addition to the space in the hall, there is an area near the entrance to the building with benches and tables where players may also sit in between games - subject to permission / supervision from coaches/teachers as appropriate.

Submit Spirit scores after each game using the button at the top of the page. The process usually takes a few minutes.
Please try to submit scores after each game, or by the end of play each day. Scores submitted after midnight on the last day of the event may not be included in the Spirit data.
Scoring should be a team effort
Go through each category on the online scorecard (you might want to remind the team what each one means)
Ask players to use their fingers to indicate their score (0-4). Ask anyone who scores more or less than 2 to briefly explain their reason - this may help others who can change their score if they want to. Try to go with the majority
Remember a score of 2 is ‘good’ or ‘as expected.
Leave a comment - this is essential if any of your scores are 0 or 4.
