LUSH (London Ultimate Summer Hat) is a league running on weeknights (Wednesdays and Thursdays) in Clissold Park, North London. Players sign up as individuals and are put into teams for the duration of the league.

- Format: 7v7 Loose Mixed on Grass. Players sign up as individuals and then are allocated to a team for the duration of the tournament. A great way to make new friends!
- Schedule: Teams play one match per week starting at 19:00. Matches will either be on Wednesday or Thursday Nights.
- Entry Fee: Regular Price: £25, Student/Unemployed Discount: £20
- Signup Deadline: Wednesday 29th May. We will accept entries after this date but they will have to pay the late entry price (£30)
- Intended Ability Level: Most players have prior experience, but each year we have 1-2 beginners per team. The intention is that whether you are a high level player or a newcomer to the sport you should be able to have a great time!
- UKU Membership: All players must have at least Basic UKU Membership to participate (available at https://ukultimate.co.uk/membership).
- Guest Star Policy: We encourage visitors to the city to join in! Players who have not signed up are allowed to play in a single match as a Guest Star - send an email to info@curveultimate.co.uk to let us know when you're in town and we will allocate you to a team for a night.
