This is a UKU Open division ranking event in Manchester at Wythenshawe Sports Ground.
At Manchester Mayhem, we are trialling teams submitting their match scores to the TDs via WhatsApp. There is a group which team representatives can join to submit these scores: https://bit.ly/ManchesterMayhem2023ScoresWhatsapp. Please be aware that numbers will be visible to all those who join the group and you are therefore under no obligation to join if you do not wish for your personal information to be shared.
Please note that we do not want teams to submit Spirit Scores in this group. This will be done as normal, via the online form below

Entries are currently open on a first come first served basis.
Team Fee
For this event, entry fees will be a £320 team fee.
Rosters:
All the teams must make sure that their team rosters are up to date on the system BEFORE Saturday morning of the event. Any issues, please email admin@ukultimate.com.

All players must have up-to-date full membership for the event

On Arrival:
Please report to the TDs to collect your team disc.
Toilets and water:
Toilets and water are available inside the pavilion.
Car Parking:
There is plenty of parking available at the venue. There are other events at the venue this weekend so please be considerate of other users when parking.
Food:
There will be no food available on site during the weekend but there are a number of shops within a 30 minute walk/5 minute drive.

There will be first aid / emergency cover on site, located near the pavilion.

Safety
KEEP THE SIDELINES CLEAR - gaps between the pitches are for safety reasons, please do not sit in those gaps or fill them with items such as kit bags, chairs or prams. Certain sidelines are for players only.
Please do a visual check of the playing area and remain vigilant for any potential hazards on and close to the pitch.
Please take off your jewellery / watch / Fitbit, etc - We urge players to follow rule 3.4. in the Official WFDF Rules of Ultimate.

Spirit scores are entered using online forms (you’ll find the link using the button at the top of this page).
You should be able to access the form on a smartphone. If you have any issues please go to the TD desk.
Please aim to enter your scores after each game or by the end of play on each day. Scores submitted after midnight on the last day of the event are unlikely to be included in the Spirit data.

The schedule will be posted and available at the top of the page closer to the time.
Before further information is announced teams should plan on the basis of play between approx. 9:00-18:00 on Saturday and 9:00-17:00 on Sunday.
