This venue has a 3G rubber crumb surface.
** It can get particularly cold in this venue; especially as the sun goes down and we play into the evening. Bring warm clothes and lots of layers. **
Details: To reach the dome, please enter through reception and follow the path around to the entrance.
Parking: There is a large carpark, but it can get very busy when there are other sporting events at the venue. On very busy days, they sometimes open a second car park on the other side of the school buildings.

On Arrival: Please report to the TD desk on arrival, there won’t be a separate captain’s meeting.
Gear: Please make sure all bags and belongings are kept away from the playing areas.

Please remember that it is never worth endangering yourself or others to get the disc. You must remain aware of other players and your surroundings.
We strongly recommend and ask that all players take a lateral flow test in the 48 hours prior to the event. Obviously don’t come if you test positive! Please don’t come if you feel unwell.
Medical
First aid and ice will be available from the TD Desk.
For serious incidents, the nearest A&E units open to all ages are Hillingdon Hospital, UB8 3NN and West Middlesex University Hospital, TW7 6AF. Or call 999 for an ambulance.
Food & Drink
There is NO FOOD available for sale on site.
There is a Tesco Express supermarket approximately 15 minutes walk away on Bath Road, TW5 9SL. There are a number of eateries on this same road.
Water is available from taps on the outside wall by the nearest set of toilets.
Do NOT take food or drink into the hall itself, other than water in a properly sealed container.

Spirit scores are entered using this online form.
You should be able to access the form on a smartphone. If your team does not have access to a smartphone or you have any issues, facilities may be available at the TD desk to input your scores.
Please enter your scores promptly after your games, and at the latest before midnight on on the last day of the event. Scores submitted after this time will not be included. For more information from the Spirit of the Game committee, please look here.
Please note, the SOTG winner is often awarded at the end of play on the last day of the event.

To try to reduce the total number of people in the dome at any one time, we have set up split schedules for the Women’s & Open divisions.
Approx. game timings are as follows:
Women’s: Sat 14:00-17:30, Sun 12:00-16:30
Open: Sat 16:30-20:00, Sun 0900-13:30
The tournament will be played under the UKU Indoor version of the 2021 WFDF rules. All other game rules, game lengths and formats are explained on the schedule itself.
We are not currently printing and displaying the schedule. QR codes to view the schedule online, and to access the SOTG form will be available at the TD desk and around the venue.

Only teams that qualified through the Club Open & Women's Indoor Qualifier tournaments are eligible to enter. If you are NOT taking up your Nationals qualification spot then you must let us know by Tuesday 25th January, otherwise you will still be liable to pay the Nationals team entry fee.
