This tournament is part of the UK Ultimate Tour Series. Teams that enter this event will gain points towards the UKU Tour ranking. This event is run alongside the BUCS / UKU University Outdoor National Championships, feel free to support the Uni teams during your game-breaks. Rough Timings are Saturday 0900-1730, Sunday 0900-1700.

Entry process

After the entry deadline, the list of confirmed teams will be published. At this point entries may still be possible on first come first served basis subject to availability. Event planning may change based on the number of teams entered.

Team Fees & Player Fees

£150 team fee paid at the point of entry, £15 player fee after confirmation of entry. All players must have up-to-date full membership for this event.

Rosters

The payment of player fees acts as the active roster for this event, you do not need to submit a separate roster anywhere else. You must meet the TD to sign off your roster before the start of your first game.

Venue

Please note, dogs are not allowed on this site.

On arrival please report to the TD Desk to sign off on your roster and collect your team game disc. Toilets and water taps are inside the pavilion.

There is plenty of parking on site, please park considerately and fill the car park from the far end first. Please follow the instructions of any staff wearing HiVis who will be there to help manage parking.

Food

There will be a food truck and coffee tuk-tuk on site. There are no shops within walking distance, so please come prepared.

Medical Support

First aid / emergency cover will be available located near the TD desk or pavilion.

General

Keep the sidelines clear - gaps between the pitches are for safety, please do not sit in narrow gaps or leave items such as kit bags, chairs, tents or prams. Certain sidelines are for players only.

Please do a visual check of the playing area and remain vigilant for any potential hazards on and close to the pitch.

Please take off your jewellery / watch / fitbit, etc, following rule 3.4. in the WFDF Rules of Ultimate.

This event will follow the UKU Tournament Rules.

Please ensure your team has a Spirit Captain. The Spirit form is linked from the schedule. Please submit scores promptly, ideally after each game. Scores submitted after midnight on the last day of the event may not be included in Spirit data.
