UK Ultimate National Championships Series includes qualifying events for all divisions. This event is Regionals South for the Open and Mixed divisions. Teams hoping to attend UK Ultimate Nationals must play their qualification event. This tournament is also EUF approved as part of EUCS. Teams can register this event for EUCS ranking points.

Entry process

After the entry deadline, the list of confirmed teams will be published. At this point entries may still be possible on first come first served basis subject to availability. Event planning may change based on the number of teams entered.
Team Fees & Player Fees
£150 team fee paid at the point of entry, £15 player fee after confirmation of entry. All players must have up-to-date membership for this event (basic membership is fine for this event).
Rosters
The payment of player fees acts as the active roster for this event, you do not need to submit a separate roster anywhere else. You must meet the TD to sign off your roster before the start of your first game.

Please note, dogs are not allowed on this site.
On arrival please report to the TD Desk to sign off on your roster and collect your team game disc. Toilets and water taps are inside the pavilion.
There is free parking on site. The fields are a short bus ride from Reading Station for those travelling by public transport.

There is a cafe at the Sports Park.
Medical Support
First aid / emergency cover will be available located near the TD desk or pavilion.

General
Keep the sidelines clear - gaps between the pitches are for safety, please do not sit in narrow gaps or leave items such as kit bags, chairs, tents or prams. Certain sidelines are for players only.
Please do a visual check of the playing area and remain vigilant for any potential hazards on and close to the pitch.
Please take off your jewellery / watch / fitbit, etc, following rule 3.4. in the WFDF Rules of Ultimate.
This event will follow the UKU Tournament Rules.
Please ensure your team has a Spirit Captain. The Spirit form is linked from the schedule. Please submit scores promptly, ideally after each game. Scores submitted after midnight on the last day of the event may not be included in Spirit data.
