GB U24 Manager and Coach Applications are Live
We are pleased to invite applications for Squad Staff for the GB U24 Squads attending the 2025 World Under 24 Championships (Logroño, Spain, 21st-28th June). The deadline for applications is Friday 18th October.
We invite applications from individuals or small groups* that would like to put themselves forwards to be involved with leading one of the GB teams (Mixed, Open, Women's) through the WU24 cycle. Reasonable expenses for up to 3 coaches per squad will be available, but we ask all coaches to remember that these costs are covered by the players. Roles
U24 Programme Manager
The U24 Programme Manager is responsible for the overall organisation and administration of the GB U24 Squads (Mixed, Open and Women’s). They are accountable for coordinating across the U24 divisions to ensure the squads run smoothly and have clear communication with players and staff. This is a non-playing position. The role is primarily about welfare and administration.
We invite applications from individuals that would like to put themselves forwards to oversee the U24 programme. This volunteer position is not fixed to the competition cycle, but will be reviewed after 1 year with the potential to extend further.
U24 Lead Coach
The Lead Coach is responsible for the overall coaching and player management of their squad. They are responsible for the team and it’s wellbeing throughout the preparation, training, and competition phases. This is a non-playing position. We invite applications from individuals or small groups that would like to put themselves forwards to Coach one of the GB teams (Mixed, Women's, Men's) through the WU24 cycle. U24 Assistant Coach
The Assistant Coaches are responsible for working with the Lead Coach to ensure high level coaching and management of their squad. They are jointly responsible for the team it’s wellbeing during the preparation, training and competition. This is a non-playing position.
