UKU UXIN 24-25 Feb 2024 - Draft Schedules Available
The draft schedules for UXIN Division 1 and 2, taking place on 24-25 Feb at Wildcats and Derby Arena, are now available.
Please note the following important information for all the tournaments:
Membership - ALL PLAYERS at UXIN need Uni/U18 Full UKU Membership. Club admins can check the membership status of your players by logging into JustGo and going to “Club Members”.
Rosters - All the teams must make sure that their team rosters are up to date on JustGo by 23:59 Friday 23rd February. If you are having any issues with this please contact events@ukultimate.com
ON ARRIVAL - report to the TD Desk to receive any important notices. There will not be a separate captain’s meeting, but every team should make sure that a representative checks in on arrival.

PARKING - there is a car park on-site for participants to use. Please remember we are not the only users of the Arena so please be considerate when you park.
FOOD - There is NO a café on site. There are vending machines selling drinks and small snacks. There are other options a short walk from the venue.

Venue info - DO NOT THROW DISCS ANYWHERE NEAR THE CYCLING TRACK. There are significant safety risks to cyclists if a disc gets on to the velodrome track. You must ONLY throw in dedicated areas or outside.
Please keep bags in the in-field ring around the pitches or on the seating above the pitches as opposed to in the café as it takes up café space.
Please do NOT take food or drink into the hall itself, other than water in a properly sealed container.
Parking - After 10am you may be directed to other nearby parking. Teams arriving before 10am will probably be able to park in the venue car park for the usual £3/day fee. Parking on Sunday is expected to be free, but may be £3/day.
Food - There is a café on site and a number of alternatives within walking distance. Please do not eat your own food in the café and ensure all rubbish goes into a bin.
