Welfare and Mental Health pack for clubs

The UKU Safeguarding Committee has produced a Club Safeguarding pack, which can be found here.

We are now starting our next project, to create a Welfare and Mental Health pack. To help with this, we are asking clubs to send us some information using this form. There are only a few questions, but it would be helpful to have some input as we start to create what we hope will be a really useful resource for all Ultimate clubs.
